Hog blog
Eight of the hedgehogs got through the winter hibernation. Elizabeth has released seven into some woodland thought to be free of badgers (hedgehog main predator). The one not released has ringworm which my daughter is treating.

A fifth baby hedgehog has now been rescued. Named Hermione from Harry Potter. All are putting on weight on a diet of mealworms and odds and ends. Hermione as the name suggests is female. She has had to be housed separately because she attacks the males.
I learn more about hedgehog behaviour every day.
Friday 24 October
The fifth and smallest baby hedgehog is not doing too well. She was fending for herself for too long outside. Elizabeth is feeding her with a dropper and hoping to pull her round. The others are steadily putting on weight.

Your types of dream experiences are interesting.
I have always dreamed often and, after years of practising, I can mostly remember them.
Some people have dreams with a repetitive theme but I don't.
Usually my dreams are analytical versions of what's going on in my life at the time. They often help me with another way of looking at things.
Very often they are humorous ways of looking at things and can be so ridiculous that I actually wake up laughing my head off.

That's nice to see an alternative version of our current life. Helpful, true. I'm rarely get this kind of dreams. Somehow most of my dreams are far from the real life. Who knows why.
Your words made me think of that dream where I was chewing a corner of a closet and it tasted lite a lettuce. I was thinking 'Wow, why I've never tried to eat it before?' I woke up laughing. The closet is in my room for real. So, I still laugh from time to time when I'm hungry and happen to look at it.
